Day / Evening Guests

2008 Day/Evening Individual Conference Fee: $20. per guest and the addition of meal costs.  

Minimum Conference Fee per Group: $160.

These Conference Fees include wireless access, Proxima projector use, easels, multi-media equipment, sound equipment. They also include the following refreshments: coffee, tea, lemonade, and orange juice.  Fees include direct access to Gulf of Mexico beach.

EPISCOPAL RATES 

2008 Day/Evening Individual Conference Fee: $15. per guest and the addition of meal costs.  

Group Minimum Episcopal Conference Fee: $100. 

The Individual Conference Fee includes the following: Coffee, Tea, Juice, Lemonade, Meeting Area, Multi-Media Equipment, sound equipment (if meeting in Main Conference Room), and Beach Access.

Overnight Guests

2008 Guest Rooms: Double Occupancy: $120. per guest.  Single Occupancy: $145. per guest.  Single occupancy usually, yet not always, available. These rates include three delicious meals. 

Conference Fee:  $160. per day.  

Conference fee includes wireless access, Proxima projector use, easels, multi-media equipment.  Conference fee also includes the following refreshments: coffee, tea, lemonade, and orange juice. Fee includes direct access to our beautifully-maintained Gulf of Mexico beach.

Enhanced Refreshment & Hospitality Services

Refreshments:

Groups may bring their own snacks and beverages. Center staff will set out and replinish the refreshments throughout the group's stay for a nominal fee.

We are happy to provide snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water for a reasonable charge.  Discuss the refreshment costs with Nita. 361.749.1800.

We are flexible and do whichever better serves our guests.

Beach Bonfire:

Our beach bonfires are a favorite among our guests. The bonfire is available to groups that stay a minimum of two nights. Fee includes beverages, s'more ingredients, set-up, maintenance, damp-out. Availability depends on weather, tides, and staff.   Cost $75.   

 
Dining

Everyone who has visited the Mustang Island Conferences Center realizes that our food for the soul is an important part of our ministry. Our truly delicious meals are served restaurant, buffet, or family style in our lovely dining room. We enjoy providing our guests with a casual, yet elegant, dining experience.  Candlelight?  Of course.  Every evening.

Settle into one of our comfortable, cozy sitting areas to visit with friends or to enjoy a good book. We have quite a few excellent titles, magazines, and other reading material available for you.
 
Payment and Deposit

PAYMENT:  Deposit and balance payments should be made by check. Checks should be written to the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas and mailed to The Mustang Island Conference Center, P.O. Box 130, Port Aransas, TX 78373.

DEPOSIT:  If your reservation is made six or more months before your scheduled arrival date, a deposit of 1/4 the estimated total is required for the deposit. If your reservation is made fewer than six months before your scheduled arrival date, a deposit of 1/3 the estimated total is required for the deposit.  Contact Nita at www.mustangisland.org or 361.749.1800 to discuss your estimated total and required deposit.
