THANKSGIVING ON THE ISLAND 2008, NOV. 26-29, 2008:  Registration began November 23, 2007 (the day after Thanksgiving). The fee for Thanksgiving on the Island 2008 has not been determined. The Thanksgiving on the Island fee will be posted as soon as it is determined.

2008 SESSIONS:  Session 1: Clergy Family Camp, June 8-11; Session 2: June 12-15; Session 3: June 19-22; Session 4: June 26-29; Session 5: July 3-6; Session 6: July 10-13; Session 7: 17-20; Session 8: July 24-27; Session 9: July 31-Aug.3; Session 10: Aug. 7-10; Session 11: Aug. 14-17; Session 12: Aug. 29-Sept. 1

MAXIMUM OF FIVE GUESTS PER ROOM. EXCEPTION: IF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY HAS MORE THAN FIVE MEMBERS.

Fee for a Family [immediate family] that has a membership at an Episcopal Diocese of West Texas church is $525. Add $95. for family members 18 or older beyond first two adults (older children). THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR GUESTS OUTSIDE OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY: $95. per guest outside of the immediate family, age 6 and older. $50. per guest outside of the immediate family, age 5 and younger.

Mustang Island Family Camp FEE INCLUDES the following: one room, two double beds (a few rooms also have a twin sleeper sofa; determination of those rooms is made by Nita (based on number in family, ages, and gender), linens and bath towels, use of beach wagons and umbrellas, surfing instruction, arts and crafts supplies and nine meals for each immediate family member (including two adults). Maximum # of guests per room is 5.

A $250. NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required for a reservation. Drop it in the mail immediately. 

Please understand. If your REMAINING BALANCE is not received by due date (see below), a family from our waiting list may take your place. 

REMAINING BALANCE DUE DATES:  Balance for June sessions is due May 1.  Balance for July sessions is due June 1.  Balance for August sessions  is due July 1.  Balance for Session 12 is due August 1.

CANCELLATION: Deposit and payment will be refunded if we are notified of cancellation more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, the deposit  will not be refunded.

A family may not turn their deposit or reservation over to another family. A cancellation must go through the Mustang Island Conference Center office.  Policy requires that changes be made according to the Mustang Island Family Camp waiting list.
